You would think it would be a 5 to 10 minute stop...Anthony proceeded to work up a plan change that we didn't even end up qualifying for. He was misleading during the whole process and continued to try and sell us an internet plan despite being told at the very beginning that we were not interested. After 45 minutes we left without the original spam filter issue even being resolved. Very disappointed,
