- SPSIzaroce ProductionsSep 29, 20251.0As a new customer i have had the worst experiance there agent khalil vaping in store while working very rude wasted 4 hours to not solve my issue and have to return in 72 and asked me to give him a 150 character review so he can get his commision , then when i return in 72 hours after getting my new phone a day prior he gives me an attitude and walks out the room while vaping so unproffesional and rude to where another agent had to fix his screw up since he didnt know what he was doing and screwed me out of my new customer promotion and took his other employeee to return my taxes i paid on the returned device that should have already been returned back to me when i exchanged the old device not 3 days later i will never return to this store
