    I would give them a zero. I have been with them this time for 3 years had an adjustment on my bill. Confirmed with 3 other employees and the Manager. Was supposed to review my bill Wednesday and it actually went up. I was also getting a gift for someone. They never gave me a receipt the manager Walaa had approved my bill for $30.00 in September and then it would go up because of discounts they had given me and it was during the cycle and had already paid for the month. I was due for an upgrade but didn’t care for one but was pushed to get one. Was told he was going to mirror the phone when I told him not to because the phone had corks in it. He said that wouldn’t happen and he said that wouldn’t happen because this phone is better (NOT) it has the same corks and even new ones. To Mark the last person I spoke with your customer service skills are awful. You need a personality check or AI replacement. To the Manager you need honor what you promised and what was confirmed by 3 other employees. I have it in writing. Changing someone’s bill is unethical. As that is not what it showed before and you document your notes unless Mark changed them. Do the right thing.

    Had a horrible billing problem with Verizon that, until this afternoon, went unresolved. Another store made a significant mistake on our bill that went overlooked. Beware of the 10% discount with automatic billing--they recently started sending a hard copy statement. Bryant William helped me navigate the issue successfully. Verizon's "customer service" help line, however, was a disgrace. Bryant is impressive--genuinely a nice person--if I needed phone help with Verizon he is the one I would ask for.

    This is the worth Verizon store in Tallahassee every time I walk there. It looks like they don’t want to help or they dont know what theyre doing. They didn’t resolve the problem, I have to call Verizon Customer service to get an anwer of what’s going on with my line. I got a new line and it’s still disconnected back-and-forth with no signal so I’m without phone and I have to go and walk to the store to ask for help and they never can help. So disappointed that I don’t have a Verizon place to go and to get a situation solved.
