  We are very satisfied with our visit to the Verizon store at 8700 4th St North, Saint Petersburg, FL. The young man who helped us, Gia Nguyen, (pronounced Ya) was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of our questions with patientce and courtesy. Since we are not tech savvy, there were a lot of questions! We had a problem with our new cell phone that another location couldn't help us with but Gia had no problem finding the remedy. I can't say enough to adequately describe Gia's expertise and customer service!! He is the man you want to see for all your technology needs! Verizon is fortunate to employ him and they still have us as customers because of it! Thank you, Gia. We will be back to see YOU.

  Had the pleasure of being serviced by Brenden B. He was so down to earth and funny. Easy to understand everything that he was explaining for the deal. Highly recommended service rep when you come to this location!! Thanks again for everything :)

  I was very pleased with the assistance from Katie, Danial, Brenden, and Tayvier. They were all very professional and knowledgeable. They worked with me until the final purchase of my new IPhone 17. I can’t say enough great things about them. Thank you. They deserve a pizza party!!!

  If you want the best, ask for Jordan! He’s a 5-star guy all the way. I can’t say enough good things about him! From the moment I walked in to ask about upgrading phones, Jordan made everything smooth and stress-free. I came in with my little son, throughout the whole process, Jordan was patient, kind, and professional. He double-checked all the details so I wasn’t hit with surprise fees, got everything set up perfectly, and even followed up afterward to make sure my new phone was working right. I didn’t have to ask a single question or worry about anything, he handled everything from start to finish and answered every concern before I even had to ask. Jordan clearly knows his stuff. He went above and beyond, doing things he didn’t even have to do like helping with WhatsApp transfer just to make sure we were taken care of. Jordan has such incredible energy, he’s positive, happy, and truly passionate about what he does. You can tell he cares deeply, and it shows in every detail. He knows absolutely everything and makes sure you leave confident and satisfied. I had actually been planning to leave Verizon with my three lines very soon because of terrible experiences at another location, but Jordan is the only reason I’m staying. He turned a simple trip to buy a phone into a five-star experience I’ll never forget. Hands down, Jordan is the reason I’ll be coming back and why I’ll be telling friends and family to ask for him too. If you ever need help, just ask for Jordan.

  Great Place - Great People - Great Service! Mike, Gia and Savannah were all awesome........Mike has been there for us for over 5 years....Gia stepped up to get us new iphone 17's and Savannah helped us with a problem after the sale - Highly Recommend these folks! Forgot to mention Daniel, who also worked as a team player to help out!
