My family of 7 came in to upgrade our daughter's phone and fix an odd bug on one of our existing phones and it was relatively quiet so we sort of cannibalized the entire space and staff. They would break away and help customers as they came in but come back to assist with both things we had going on . Along with the combined brain power and LOTS of googling - Gia went above and beyond to problem solve the silly issue on the phone! I am super grateful and appreciate the level of service this store delivered on 12/29! Kudos

The young man who helped us, Gia Nguyen, (pronounced Ya) was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of our questions with patientce and courtesy. Since we are not tech savvy, there were a lot of questions! We had a problem with our new cell phone that another location couldn't help us with but Gia had no problem finding the remedy. I can't say enough to adequately describe Gia's expertise and customer service!! He is the man you want to see for all your technology needs! Verizon is fortunate to employ him and they still have us as customers because of it! Thank you, Gia. We will be back to see YOU.
