VCA will not help me in any way, shape, or form. They wouldn’t even advise what I should or shouldn’t do. It isn’t like my dog is a stranger to their care. She has only ever seen VCA. She is a patient of theirs. But she will not be any longer. Way too big box for me. More business-minded than care-minded.

Dr. Terrett is exceptional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly up to date on the latest treatments. Sarah at the front desk is always so warm and caring; she remembers me and even my cat’s name. Honestly, everyone at the front has been wonderful and genuinely helpful. I brought my kitty in for concerns that turned out to be FIP, which until recently was not treatable. Dr. Terrett was already knowledgeable about a new medication that had only been approved by the veterinary board about a month prior, and that made all the difference for us. That level of care and staying current is rare. They also offer an affordable $20/month wellness/visit club, which is a great value. I can’t stress this enough, they accept Trupanion pet insurance and do direct pay, so you only pay your portion and know within minutes if your claim is approved. This has already saved me thousands of dollars and made what could have been an overwhelming situation much more manageable. Their pricing is fair and reasonable (not inflated like some other clinics), appointments are easy to get, and the entire team is kind and professional. I’m so grateful to have found this clinic and highly recommend them to anyone who wants truly compassionate, high-quality care for their pets.
