While the Verizon store on Cortez told me they have zero promotions going on, not to buy anything and to come back during Black Friday and only speak to him. Tried to give me his card and wouldn’t let us sit down to discuss. I look at him and tossed his card on the floor. Went to see Ken at the Verizon on Mariner… not only did he present to us all the promotional deals. But he treated my wife with respect and gave us the best service we had in a long time since Covid! I thought he was professional and knowledgeable. We also got a deal with the charging block, screen protector and case. So i decided to upgrade as well and he was able to get me the IPhone 17 Pro Max in the cosmic Orange! Came in 2days, he also helped put my new screen protector and case on as well. He is a phenomenal dude and we need more customer service like him! Shout out to Ken!

He didn't do that. He mentioned deals I could get if I wanted them. Wasn't pushy at all. At the end of the day I got a new phone and a lower phone bill. If you go in make sure you get Mike.
