I was told by Verizon to simply go to my nearest store and trade in my old phone — it should’ve taken 2 minutes, tops. When I went to this location, the woman who helped me didn’t even look up my information. She immediately told me there was no order under my name, that I needed a shipping label, and that I had to handle the trade-in myself. She also told me I could only return it to the store I bought it from, which turned out to be completely false. After leaving frustrated, I called the rep from the store where my phone was purchased. He confirmed that what she told me wasn’t true and asked me to go back — he even offered to speak with them directly. When I returned, the staff refused to talk to him and still denied my trade-in. I ended up going to another Verizon store just 10 minutes away, and they helped me immediately. No issues, no confusion, no attitude — they simply looked up my account and completed the trade-in within minutes. It’s ridiculous that two Verizon stores in the same area can give completely different answers. The employees at this location clearly didn’t want to help or do their jobs. Huge waste of time — I’ll never return to this store again.

I purchased an I phone 16 pro for my grandson and didn't know his password to transfer his stuff from his old phone to his new phone so we went in the next day and they charged us to do, which they usually do for free at every other store when you purchase a new phone. They kept the phone for 4 hours and they still hadn't finished the transfer because their Wi-Fi sucks. I went back to our RV and finished everything in less than a half hour. It wasn't even halfway completed from these idiots. I will never step foot in this place again and I will be sure to tell everyone I see.
