I arrived there at 6:30PM (30 minutes before close) with several people in front of me. They both managed time efficiently to make sure that every customer was addressed with transparency, honesty and empathy. When it was my turn, Joel helped me get a new phone. Everything went very smoothly. Kevon was there to assist from a distance if necessary. I appreciate them taking 30 minutes after 7PM to assist me and going forward this is the only Verizon store I will be going to. If you are looking for an easy experience with representatives you can trust, come see these guys at the Tyrone Square location.
