Once I got the replacement phone I ended up adding a line and upgrading to a new phone. Both times I came in the store I had a very minimal wait. I also felt like everyone was super professional helping the customers around me. Mike helped me with my upgrade and he was very patient as I tend to have a lot of questions. He never once made me feel like I was a difficult customer even though I know I can be a bit much sometimes :) Mike took his time, never rushed me and did all that he good to get me the best deals and promotions. Highly recommend this corporate office. They are fantastic. Thank you Mike and Prince!
