I looked at eight different phones.the store was well lit and clean .I spoke to no one because no employee spoke to me. It's time for me to buy a new phone. Perhaps it's time to order a phone online and go with a company that has no store fronts.I have never found the customer service to be very good at Cricket. I've visited different locations. Almost always the same. It's as if I'm in the way. My phone and Internet service has however always been good with them.
