    I went to the store and had Carlee help me. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience. Carlee k ew my questions before I did. Multiple things were solved virtually simultaneously. This store at Gulf Square in Port Richey really rocks. Thank you team

    Just transferred over from T-Mobile and so glad we did. Dylan W and Mason (I think 😬) were amazing and made the process so simple. Dylan right off the bat saw our bill and said they would definitely be lower. He made the transfer process with the phones smooth. We will be back to change our internet (phone and internet will be lower than what we paid for just T-mobile.) no big issue but made a quick call to customer service and they were helpful. While writing this we are still having issues with T-mobile over devices we haven’t used and no one there can help us

    So glad I connected with Josh at this Verizon store. As someone who does not understand phone technology very well, he explained everything to me and my husband in a way we could understand. We got 3 new phones, and he was extremely patient and kind during the setup processes. He even took time to come in on his day off to make sure we were all set with our phone setups. If I need future assistance, I know I can contact Josh and he'll be ready to help. Thanks, Josh!!!

    Was greeted right away at the door...so a great start. But pretty much got hassled and had to unhassel the situation when I got home. Went in to just have my autopay turned on for my account because the my Verizion app had acted up for over a month. Got sat down...told my phone number never got activated by the company...basically costing me $10 a month more...strike one. Was told I had such an old box and I was a older plan. Come to find out...the agent basically changed my plan coverage from the middle tier to the top tier without permission...just said you dont even have good coverage...and just switched it over...strike 2. Then to disconnect my account...they had to actually call a call center and have me speak to an agent...right in the Verizion store. Had to stay on a 3 hour chat with an agent somewhere else to have my line disconnected. Then had to make an entirely new email for my new line to exist...strike 3...all in one sitting. Remember...all I wanted was my autopay setup when I walked in...that was all!!! Had to go home and switch the internet from most expensive back to the mid range. Set up a new box....and drop the old one off. And got extra charges. Had to start another 2 hour chat to make sure the other line was disconnected. Also got told I could hold off on the last payment for the disconnected line and put it on the new one...what they didnt tell me is that the $7 late fee would still occur. Pretty sure his boss man was feeding him instructions as he came over mumbled and pointed stuff at the screen to the agent. Kinda shady! Hassel...that T-Mobile does not give you!!! When you cant do normal things like disconnect a line at a store...and have all the hoops to jump through just for autopay to be setup...think twice.
