Dylan transferred everything and explained the steps he took. He also helped us pick new cases. He also explained how our monthly bill will change with the new phones. We had a very pleasant experience with Dylan and he really knows how to explain things to customers 👏

Your representative, J.C., solved all of the problems quickly, efficiently, and with a smile. His attentiveness and kindness meant so much due to the fact that I am 76 years old and not the most tech-savvy. Bottom line, I ended up purchasing a brand new Fold 7!
