    Went into location was not greeted and they were extremely rude and off putting. They acted like my time was not worth it, I was going bring over 4 lines from T-Mobile. I currently have one line with Verizon but will be taking my business to T-Mobile. Hopefully they will not not treat a customer like this because this will be Verizon’s downfall.

    They told me my bill was going to be 80 dollars a month and the rep lied and put on every add on possible so im now in debt 600 dollars

    RACIST! Any non White customer of this store should not visit this Port Charlotte location. The manager and employee both male raised their voices and laughed at my wife for having an accent and confusing the pronouns he/she when referring to the rude employee and his treatment torwards her. The racist manager corrected my wifes english then threatened to kick My wife out of the store while laughing at her. We will be contacting corporate. Just another reason Verizon is Losing customers left and right.

    Stopped in their yesterday and my experience was so bad I actually cussed out the salesman. Never done that before. As soon as I can get out of the "sales agreement " which IS A CONTRACT, I will be gone from Verizon. 25 year customer. I am done being jerked around. By the way, I did do some research into "what is a sales agreement". IT IS A CONTRACT. VERIZON. STOP GASLIGHTING PEOPLE THAT YOU ARE A NON CONTRACT COMPANY.
