The manager and employee both male raised their voices and laughed at my wife for having an accent and confusing the pronouns he/she when referring to the rude employee and his treatment torwards her. The racist manager corrected my wifes english then threatened to kick My wife out of the store while laughing at her. We will be contacting corporate. Just another reason Verizon is Losing customers left and right.

As soon as I can get out of the "sales agreement " which IS A CONTRACT, I will be gone from Verizon. 25 year customer. I am done being jerked around. By the way, I did do some research into "what is a sales agreement". IT IS A CONTRACT. VERIZON. STOP GASLIGHTING PEOPLE THAT YOU ARE A NON CONTRACT COMPANY.
