    Nina was great last night helping me activate my grandmas phone , I had messed up doing it myself and she helped me get it done even stayed after hours i got there around 6:30pm and did not leave until 8:30 I thank you her so much ! And her co worker that stayed I truly appreciate it ! And my grandma is happy with her new phone ! 😊

    WARNING- Verizon has failed to maintain and add towers so their service has gotten absolutely terrible in the area. The recent system updates to Samsung phones combined with the bloatware they installed has rendered users phones and service completely inoperable, I know others who had the same issue as I had. I went 1.5 months without service and their support is absolutely useless. I went in the store & the employee told me I needed to upgarde my plan because they were deprioritizing my account and it was another employee who had convinced me to switch to the lower plan in the 1st place this summer when we updated a phone but regardless, that wasn't the problem. Its an issue with the system updates that employees are not disclosing and I had to figure it out myself by going over software info to find the change that correlated with my loss of service. Verizon's terrible customer support and absolute failure to deliver reliable service for nearly 2 months & no improvement left me no choice but to switch to T-Mobile.
