The person at the counter on 8/9/2025 at 6:45pm stated to “Go to Walmart or Amazon” and to ask for their customer service to assist in setting up the device. I personally felt it was a racist moment, because the customer before and after us were not my skin color and did not speak her language. The lady did not address us, and brushed us off. Horrible service, I hope no one ever feels that way. No human consideration. Later that evening, going to Walmart customer service assist stating “That the person was wrong, where the device was purchased would be the best place to provide customer assistance”. I hope no one ever deals with horrible customer service where you want to spend your money in this economy.
