    I walked into Verizon with super low expectations and instead had one of the best customer service interactions I’ve had anywhere — ever. Reiker went above and beyond at every single step. I’ve never had an employee from any phone service provider give me their cell number, proactively keep me updated, and genuinely make sure I felt supported the entire time. Communication was A+, follow-through was flawless, and the customer rapport? Unmatched. I left feeling like I made a new bestie! Brendan — You’re absolutely killing it. The culture you’ve created is obvious the moment you step inside. Your team feels safe, supported, and empowered, and it clearly shows in how they treat customers. They respect you, they value you, and it’s earned. Upper management, take note: this is what excellence looks like. Also… please get these guys some comfier chairs — they’ve earned it. 😉 If you’re lucky enough to land in this location, you’re in very good hands

    My boyfriend, son and I went in to Verizon looking to upgrade current phones and add a line. Eli was hands down the most helpful Verizon employee I have encountered- and I’ve been with Verizon since 1995!! My son upgraded to the 17, I ordered my 17 Pro Max and my boyfriend changed companies, which Eli walked him through that process (not a Verizon issue there, the other mobile company). In the end, we were all thrilled with the experience. If you need help, see Eli, he even found me some perks that are lowering my monthly bill by $50, even after adding a new line!

    I had been having some billing errors with Verizon that had been "fixed" by calling 611. That was not the case. This morning I went in to the store and Carlee was wonderful. She took the time to go through everyting, make the needed calls, and finally fixed the error. She was great and I highly recommend this branch of Verizon and Carlee in particular.

    ⭐️ ZERO STARS — DO NOT USE VERIZON!!! I was a Verizon customer for 4 YEARS!! and I can honestly say this is the worst phone company experience of my life. Over the last few weeks, Verizon has put me through the absolute worst. I paid off ALL of my devices in full — over $1,500 — and they still LOCKED MY PHONE. A phone that I OWN. I paid over $1,200 for my device and I am now literally begging them to unlock it, and they refuse. I have been on the phone with Verizon for THREE STRAIGHT WEEKS. I have called at least 15 times, spent hours and hours on hold, been transferred endlessly, lied to, and even hung up on. Every representative tells me something different: “call back in 1–2 days,” “wait a week,” “it’s already fixed,” “a ticket was submitted.” NONE OF IT IS TRUE. Getting a manager is basically impossible. They do not call back. They do not follow through. Their employees are clearly not trained properly and do not care. Verizon does not support their workers or their customers. On top of that, Verizon CHARGED ME FOR A PHONE LINE I DID NOT HAVE FOR 9 MONTHS. When I finally noticed, I had to cry and beg just to get my own money back. It took them THREE WEEKS to refund over $1,000 that they never should have taken in the first place. That is NOT a mistake — that is a pattern. My bill for TWO LINES was almost $300 A MONTH, even with all the so-called “discounts.” Verizon is outrageously overpriced, and they scam people with devices and financing. I know it seems easy to get a phone loan through them, but PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT DO IT. I repeat — DO NOT GO WITH VERIZON. What makes this even worse is that I’m a single mom, and while I’m on the phone for HOURS trying to fix issues THEY caused, they can hear my small children crying in the background — and they still do not care. No urgency. No compassion. No humanity. Completely heartless. I have NEVER had a company make me feel this helpless, stressed, and emotionally broken. I have never cried this much over a phone company in my life. Verizon: • Overcharges • Lies to customers • Locks paid-off devices • Traps you in endless call loops • Makes you beg for YOUR OWN MONEY • And takes zero accountability This company is unethical and predatory. If you are considering Verizon — PLEASE do not. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Worst. Company. Ever.
