I was in from a very late flight after a long week from a death in the family so I asked if he could just call me with resolution so I could get home. AND he did! He was on the phone for over 2 hours with Verizon and then called me and facilitated the transaction with the phone operator. New phone is great and I just can't say how appreciative I am for Andrew's help. He went above and beyond which meant an extra lot after the week I've had. Thank you.
