- PCPedro Pablo CarballoNov 11, 20251.0I went in to upgrade one of my iPhones to 17. I have a business account with multiple phones and lines and fax. Stood around for a few minutes. None of the employees acknowledged we are standing there. I went to a table where there are two Employees standing doing what looks like a backup and I politely ask if I could ask a questions . A young man said sure and I asked if they had the iPhone 17 in stock. He asked me which one and before I could answer the other employee who identified himself as “Vee” the manager jumped in and said they could not tell me if it’s in stock because I have to wait to sign in , because it’s first come first served and maybe someone else in the store already wants one. He put my name down and I’m left. Terrible customer service! A simple yes we have it and I would wait. A simple no we don’t have 17 in stock and there is no reason to sign in and wait to be told they don’t have it in stock. Vee has no business being a manager with that attitude. I will cancel my business account with a Verizon !

We needed it done asap because our son is at college and going out. What a reassurance to know that there are Customer Service Reps that go over and beyond. We also want to commend Mags (Magdiel) as well. He is also amazing and so easy to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and won us over from T-Mobile. BOTH of these reps deserve recognition! Go see them… you WON’T be disappointed!!
