- MVMichel ViltresJul 17, 20252.0Compre un tel茅fono馃洃cash馃洃 (Dream 5G) hace un tiempo, el cual a los 2 meses present贸 problemas ,me lo cambiaron ,pasaron 3 meses y pas贸 lo mismo ( software) me dijeron que me lo reponian pero la misma marca馃槨y si volv铆a a pasar una tercera me devolv铆an el dinero cosa que al poco tiempo sucedi贸 y entonces JAM脕S apareci贸 alguien a resolver mi problema ,molestia ,perdida de tiempo, contactos ,pagos electr贸nicos y dem谩s... llamada tras llamada y ...perd贸n aqu铆 no es le voy a referir a otro departamento ,de ese a otro y otro, no me pon铆an un manager o representante ,as铆 varias llamadas de m谩s de 1 hora y NUNCA me dieron soluci贸n ,incluso sacaron del mercado ese tel茅fono ellos reconoc铆an la mala calidad ,pero a煤n as铆 me toc贸 perder por ahora..
