On top of having a difficult personal situation with a family member...the store was super busy and he was knee deep with other projects. He gave me all his attention and respect and made a bad morning a lot better...and best of all...he fixed my phone pop ups from Hell. Awesome man and great people person. Thank you for job well done. PS...he is an Army Veteran and his discipline was not hard to see!!! Thanks again Michael. Tony Kay
