Rob DiChristofaro, our sales representative was so helpful, efficient and honest. No misleading sales pitches. He went the extra mile with guiding us on our new purchases, really listening to our needs. He also got us a better plan, less $ than we had and because of him I no longer have that bad feeling about dealing with a Verizon store. He is an asset to that company. Because of him it was an all around great experience.

He will bend words to try to mame it appear that verizon will give you credits on phone and omitt the fact that you MUST hold a contract with verizon 36 months. I specifically stated that i wanted a phone without contracts / obligations. He stated there wouldnt be any. Behold i am trying to transfer my number to a online service for work. I have to pay close to $600 to switch my line for a "free phone". Just be VERY careful.. read the agreements never trust their slick talking reps. Edit: I have to spend hours now with customer service trying to fix this, they finally directed me to Hans Vestberg CEO OF verizon.. hopefully he gets it resolved. Will update soon Resolution: Executive team handled my situation ! Verizon is great, just be of those too good to be true deals. Learn how these reps talk.. 👍🏽
