- WSWes SilversDec 14, 20251.0Absolutely disgusted with this particular store. Literally spent 2.5 hours at this place with the so called store manager (Manny) not knowing what he’s even doing. The guy hadn’t a clue as to how to connect my Apple Watch. Worst part about it is he had to call so called corporate to have them walk him thru to do it and I literally sat there 2 hours while he couldn’t even get anyone on the phone to help. All he could say is if he couldn’t get it done the store closes at 7pm and he had to go. After being fed up I just grabbed my phone my watch and walked out meanwhile I have a 700 watch with no purpose in having a cellular service on it but paying for one in my bill. Plus a 25 dollar connection fee without a connection. Super upset. As a business owner myself I’d NEVER leave my customer high and dry like this guy did. Store needs a new manager. The customer is your priority not your closing time.
