  My family has been Verizon customers for about 15 years. We recently upgraded to a Samsung S25+ and an iPhone 17 Pro Max. We came to the Verizon store on S. Orange Ave. and worked with Dimitri and other team members. The service was excellent and Dimitri is a very knowledgeable and comfortable person to work with. He actually stayed past closing to complete our setup. It’s not so common anymore to find service that is genuine and a salesperson that makes feel they actually care about the way feel when spending your money. We appreciate you Demetri, and wish you, your staff and the owner all the best.

  Dimitri was so kind and helpful, I was able to switch carriers and I saved so much monthly with better benefits! Definitely go check this store out.

  Great experience with the employees here. I was having issues when I switched over from tmobile and Titus went above and beyond to fix them. Just great customer service all the way around and will always come to this store for anything I need in the future

  Awesome new Verizon store. Service was excellent from Demetri, he hooked me up with an awesome deal. No wait, taken care of right away. Store is very clean and new.

  Hands down the best Verizon store I’ve been to. The team was friendly, respectful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this store to others.
