She ensured I got the best possible replacement for a broken phone. Even lowered the bill a little. Shes ensured my business with Verizon for years to come. Clarence helped me when I stopped back in later to drop off the old phone(I took it home to transfer some data to a hard drive before turning it over). He was quick and very kind. He ensured my trade in was properly handled. I greatly appreciate him stepping ensuring that went smoothly. Diego was there and assisted with activation process as well. He also explained to me what most likely caused my screen to stop working. He was also very funny and kept the mood light hearted. The general manager and company should be very grateful for these employees!
