And if youre ever near an airport or in the grocery store GOOD LUCK. Customer service over the phone is fine. But in person, specifically at the store on Saxon in Deltona FL is quite literally the worst. They are inconsistent and I really feel like each employee makes up their own "promotions". Everytime you walk into the store they want you to add a line for another "discount". I tried to turn in my old phones today for the "promotion" from last month and the woman is trying to get me to do a new promotion just to drop them off?! "Add a line today and you can keep the old phones." Why would I want to keep a broken phone and have to pay ANOTHER $25 line fee? Then she gets an attitude bc I need to leave and cant wait for her to finish trying to convince me to get another line. The guy last time said I can just drop the phones off, nothing else. Nothing needs to be done on my end aside from that. But she said there is other stuff. Well now I dont have time ill come back friday, "But there won't be a promotion to keep the phones" I DONT WANT THE PHONES. If just switch to a different carrier, but they literally all suck. Why are we paying $300 a month for crappy phone service???
