  I actually took the time to read some of the negative reviews regarding Rob the Brit and must say they completely contradict the experiences I have enjoyed by this stellar company. I have used Rob on multiple occasions and can't say enough great things about his immediate response to my communication attempts, as well as the quality of the work his techs provide. As I type this, his techs are at my home correcting a problem created by a previous AV company. As far as him over charging customers, I actually had to insist that he invoice me for a service call to address this problem that he had nothing to do with causing. I can't say enough great things about Rob and his team of techs and have recommended him to many of my friends. My advise to anyone who may have an issue is to reach out to him and he will bend over backwards to make it right. Keep up the good work, Rob!

  Had several companies come out to estimate up-dating my sound system in the home. Rob and his team were very knowledgeable and professional. Helped me figure out what was needed, and his estimate was reasonable for the scope of work. Very helpful he has a store to see and hear the products before they were installed. I would highly recommend his services and will be using him in the future to add more speakers.

  We purchased a new audio receiver and speakers from Robb and installation was smooth with fair pricing. We did have some questions regarding sound quality and contacted Robb to see if someone can come out and ensure the sound quality met our needs and Patrick came out on time, called when he was on the way and adjusted our audio settings to meet our needs and made the process of using all our equipment easier. Patrick was great and I would use again.
