  Never come to this office! This service and company are the worst things that have ever happened to me! I bought a home internet router here and regretted it many times! 1. It was very strange, but they asked to pay in cash, and when I offered a card, they said the device couldn’t read it and asked me to transfer money via Zelle to what was supposed to be the company's number, but it turned out to be the salesman’s number. This was very sketchy! 2. In the office, they told me that everything would work after I scanned the QR code when I got home, but unfortunately, it didn't work. I called and wrote to the office; they responded twice and then stopped answering! 3. After the office stopped responding, I called the company directly, and they told me that the device seemed to have already been used! 4. The next day I went to the office, and they tried to set up the device for about 2 hours, then said it would start working in 4 hours, but it didn’t! 5. The following day, there was no one in the office the entire day, and no one responded to calls or messages, even though the office hours were from 9 AM to 7 PM! 6. A few days later, I came back to get my money back, but they really didn’t want to return it and did everything they could to avoid giving it back, making me wait and claiming they were transferring it, and so on. In the end, they returned the money, but it took a lot of effort! I would not recommend coming here to anyone, ever."
