  Doctor was very helpful and attentive made sure to update me on anything that happened post surgery. The overall experience was patient and very understanding during a stressful situation.

  Dr Perez is nothing but amazing and helpful. My puppy Reese got neutered with her and some things came up but she was there and helped with everything. He’s currently in their care and she never fails to call me and update me everyday about him. I usually hate when he’s away from me and I get the worst anxiety but they make me feel and know he’s safe! Also the technicians are incredible. I don’t remember her name but she has curly hair. She’s a sweetheart! Some staff were kind of rude but everybody else was amazing! Thank you Dr Perez!!

  This is the greatest place for my fur babies. I have been taking my animals here for decades. There's never been guessing evaluations or hidden fees. Recently my 3 yr old boy went in with a high level infection which needed immediate surgery. Not only was the staff concious of the complicity of this case, Dr Marina Riera arrived early for her shift just to attend my boy. Constant reassuring and confident of procedure she would perform. My boy recieved gentle care from all staff members, technicians showed love and support for both him and I. Recovery was at its best at the facility, post op instructions clear, follow up visits and phone calls as if he was one of their own. I have always trusted this hospital but the amazing treatment given to Charlie was exquisite.. there is not enough stars for this amazing hospital. Thank you to all who were involved and may you continue to do what you do best which is caring for all the souls who enter your doors. ❤️

  When our cat Chester suddenly stopped eating after the loss of our older cat, we feared he was grieving. But within just a few days, he became jaundiced and dropped 5 pounds. We rushed him to an emergency vet who quoted us $6,000 before even diagnosing the issue. Feeling overwhelmed and unsure, we left and brought Chester to VCA Knowles — and I’m so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, the team at VCA Knowles treated Chester with compassion and urgency. They kept us informed every step of the way and quickly discovered he had ingested plastic, which had severely impacted his liver. It was a terrifying situation, but their care and transparency gave us hope. Chester is still in their care, and we’re praying for his recovery. While it’s been a costly ordeal, it’s nowhere near the initial quote we received elsewhere — and the quality of care has been exceptional. I’m incredibly grateful to the staff at VCA Knowles for their dedication and kindness during such a difficult time. Dr. Perez & Dr. Riviera were both very empathetic and great. I am praying for his recovery, he means so much to me and he is only 6 years old. Updated 12/23/25 - Chester is doing amazing thanks to the staff and Vets at Knowles. He is doing so well that he is Mr. February in "Paw Prints" 2026 Calander. I have added the pics for everyone to see. My Chester is Back to his Handsome loving self. Thank you, Knowles

  This was our second time visiting Knowles Snapper Creek and it didn't disappoint. I feel they are compassionate, patient and thorough. I love the Vet, Dr. Betancourt as he takes his time with us and explains everything carefully, easy to understand. Everyone--from the Receptionist to the Techs. are super nice! I highly recommend them!
