  Remson Front desk at this animal hospital was outstanding ! Remson was attentive, knowledgeable, and very empathetic, which made a big difference during an anxious visit. Even handled everything smoothly, answered my questions patiently, and treated my pet with genuine care. Professionalism and kindness really reflect well on the entire practice.

  ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!!!! Vet told me I need to give my kitten another week before a booster so she could charge another exam fee!! They waste your time don’t go!

  I’ve been going to VCA for a couple of months now and waited to write a review so I could share my honest opinion after several visits. Before choosing a vet, I did a lot of research because I wanted the best care for my fur baby and I can confidently say I made the right choice. The entire VCA team has been knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly kind. Dr. Benedini has been treating my dog’s ear infection and has been so gentle and patient throughout the process. I’ve never left an appointment with unanswered questions or uncertainty; everything is explained clearly and in detail. Everyone’s experience may be different, but based on mine, I would 100% recommend the VCA team.

  I am from Dubai, I have been in contact with VCA Brickell Animal Hospital (AU1054) at 136 SW 8th St, Miami, regarding two cats, Zaza and Zaya, for their travel documents and health certificates. Throughout the process, Mr. Remson has been incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. Even though I contacted him many times with urgent requests, he always responded with professionalism, compassion, and genuine care for the animals. Thanks to his help and the team’s cooperation, we were able to arrange all the necessary documents for the cats’ travel. I truly appreciate the dedication, empathy, and excellent service provided by this hospital — especially from Mr. Remson, who went above and beyond to assist us. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a caring and reliable veterinary team

  VCA Brickell failed to properly inform me of all the requirements necessary for my dog to travel abroad with me. When I visited the clinic, I clearly explained to the receptionist that I was planning to move overseas and specified the country I would be relocating to. Despite this, I was not given complete or accurate information regarding the documentation and medical procedures needed for my dog’s international travel. There was a specific blood test required for entry into that country—a test that takes several weeks to process—and I was never told about it at the time of my visit. Because of this lack of guidance, I now cannot bring my dog, who is like my child, with me as planned. When I returned to the clinic in distress upon learning this, instead of showing empathy or understanding, one of the doctors chose to go against me and say that I should have known everything in advance and done all the research myself. This response was extremely disheartening, especially since I had placed my trust in their professional expertise to properly guide me through the process. I am not in the veterinary field, and I relied on their knowledge and experience to ensure everything was handled correctly. Now, I am left heartbroken and burdened with additional costs and logistical challenges to eventually reunite with my dog.
