B.Oct 12, 20255.0i had extreme difficulty with my cat and trying to get him out of the vet after his appointment. he was terribly behaved and couldn’t even get checked, and it was so stressful and i was so emotional, but all of the employees: the nurse, the doctor, and the front desk staff were so, so sweet, so kind and supportive. they reassured me the whole way and helped me out with my cat as best they could (he really was being crazy!) thank you all so much who helped me with my cat Jude and I’m so so grateful you guys were as kind and helpful as you were. that assistance really meant the world to me and i’d definitely recommend this location to other cat owners. thank you once again ❤️

The test results were ready after two weeks, but they didn’t inform me for more than three weeks. I had to follow up myself, and they said it was an internal error. They’re charging a ridiculous amount of money, and the service you get is extremely terrible.
