- KMKerem Memis6 days ago1.0They expect a cat should stay calm while they do their work otherwise they want to make him sleep… also they didn’t give even simple eye drop for my cat because they couldn’t check him so my boy stay sick for 3-4 days because of them … when we go to other doctor they also couldnt check my boy but at least they give the eye drop for him and he got fixed right away. Beside all those things i stay in line about 80 minutes to shoe my boy to the doctor but doctor send us back to home .. I hate from their doctor also do not send text messages or e mail to me i dont wanna see anything about you anymore…. It’s my worse vet experience in my life

Do not be fooled by the shiny new veneer. I am going to spare you the reader the horror stories but trust me, find another place on the beach or take your animal to the mainland.

They literally didn’t care about my cat’s sickness and he was extremely sick. only thing they care about is money. because of them my cat had to wait for a medicine for 4 days. Also the doctor is totally useless and don’t know how to behave animals.
- CCChristina CalvelloDec 8, 20251.0I have the VCA CareClub Wellness plan for my puppy with my main location in Cutler Bay, I tried to schedule an appointment for my puppy here bc I will be near this location for the week and the receptionist on the phone told me my wellness plan does not apply to this location, which makes no sense because a VCA wellness plan applies to every single location. My plan should still be accessible Under my name and phone number this is my second pet and my second wellness plan therefore I believe it is a money scam because she told me I would have to be seen as a new client and pay out of pocket.
