Keith went above and beyond assuring my satisfaction, contacting me throughout the week and continuously checking my progress. He sat on the phone with Verizon services for over 2 hours for me to get my situation sorted out. For all my phone service needs, I will ask for Keith before anyone else. I highly recommend him for any Verizon services.

They Scheduled Me For An Appointment With the Merritt Island Verizon Store and With The 18-22 year old Manager, & a Customer Service Representative (Who Was At Least 6’ tall With A Long Beard, about 250+ lbs approximately 35-45 Years Old), Told Me That Deal Was NOT POSSIBLE! He Quoted almost DOUBLE THE AMOUNT, And He Refused To Listen To The Fact That I NEVER CALLED VERIZON! Verizon Called Me And I Needed A New iPhone Because I have Multiple Disabilities And my only source of Income Was Social Security Disability Benefits. This Man Said That if I Mentioned My Being Disabled ONE MORE TIME HE WOULD NOT DEAL WITH ME AT ALL! Not To Mention That He Said He Was Also Disabled But His Disability Was Because He Served In The Military So His Disability (And Himself) Was More Important Than An Elderly Woman With Disabilities!?! I Asked Him Why He Was Getting Angry?!? This Customer Service Guy Jumped Up Throwing His Chair And Literally Bowed Up Towards Me (5’4” 60 Year Old Female) As If He Was going to Attack Me! I Was Dumbfounded By His Actions And I Started To apologize when My Brother-In-Law Stopped Me And Told The Manager That This Behavior Was Essentially An Assault And Intimidate Behavior! The Manager Was Just As Wide Eyed As Any Young Person In Charge. So my Brother Said “Why Don’t You Have That Customer Service Guy Come Back Out Here And Try Bowing Up At Me And Let’s See What Happens. (Pointing At Me) She Has NOTHING TO APOLOGIZE FOR AND I THINK I WOULD LIKE TO CALL THE POLICE Because This Man Needs To Be Fired Immediately For This Behavior And Probably Charged For Threatening An Elderly Disabled Woman!” I tried calling Verizon And They Promised To Do Something About This Unacceptable Behavior, But Verizon Never Did Do Anything about This Issue! I Would NEVER USE THIS VERIZON STORE AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I CAN NOT TO EVER GO TO THIS STORE EVER!
