    This Verizon location was the worst I've ever been to. Seven people working and only one behind the counter to help the other walk-in customers. I would not recommend this location to anyone unless you have a lot of time on your hands

    This review is specifically for the assistant we received on Wednesday 12/04/2025 from Kyra and then again the afternoon of 12/04/2025. My fiance and I went to the store for two things. I am on a family plan with my sister and I was picking up my new upgraded phone. My fiance had had an issue with his phone and we needed to someway get all of his information to my old phone. We had no idea how. Kyra who was there both times assisted us. On 12/3 she let me know that my order was in but not read yet. Which was ok with me. She said to come back the next day and she would help us with both phones. Great! The next day we ran over to the store around lunch time, WOW were they busy. There was a lot of Reps already assisting customers, and some customers waiting. We waited and Kyra came from the back and saw us. She came right over and greeted us. Went and grabbed my new phone and brought us to one of the tables. Walked me through some steps and said she'd be back to help. Well, she did just that, Kyra went from customer to customer making sure they were being assisted, checking in on the Reps as well. She also continued to help us through the entire process of me transferring my old phone to the new one and then my fiance's old broken phone to my old phone. We also chatted, she is super friendly. Turns out she was recently moved to the Merritt Island Store 520 and it's GREAT! We are so grateful for her assistance, how kind she was. I worked big box retail management for most of my career and WOW!

    Me and my fiance came in this store a few days ago. They were super busy, so be patient with the reps as they try and help everyone. They deal with a pretty high volume of people coming in, so don't be a Karen. If you are kind and polite, you'll definitely get that in return. After that being said, Kyra helped me and my fiance out tremendously! She was super kind, funny, super helpful and knowledgeable. She soothed over our situation with ease. I told my fiance, "She's gotta be a manager with how good she is". Turns out Verizon made a great choice with her, as she is a manager. Thanks Kyra for your help! I have had some bad experiences in the past with Verizon and you gave me a new confidence in the company. Thanks for that! -Sean L.

    Well just like any lovers of money. Verizon is the cell phone company you do not want to go with. They charge way above what a person with a budget can afford. And they charge an astronomical amount to leave them. So I definitely will not be back to this cell phone company. Sorry CEO,s...
