    For the past two years, I have been having difficulty with emailing from my cell phone. After going to many cell phone stores without any resolution, this afternoon I decided to try the Cricket Store on Wickham Road in Melbourne. Along with the email issue, I also needed two extra emails added to my phone that required separate apps and placement. When I arrived at the store, Melanie greeted me and offered to help with my email / cell phone situation. She was absolutely amazing! First of all, she was incredibly knowledgeable and just plain smart on cell phones. She knew how to correct the various conflicting apps within a phone. Her mannerisms were very professional and she quietly and meticulously corrected one problem and moved onto the next resolution. While I was in the store, a very obnoxious, elderly man came into the store and was just being difficult. Melanie remained extremely calm and kept her cool while most of us would have given him a piece of our minds. I hope the store manager knows the caliber of employee that Melanie is. She was nothing less than exceptional and I hope she is rewarded for a job well done. Thank you for all you did to help me out, Melanie! Your acts of kindness meant more than I can even say! Thank you beyond words!!!
