The store agent added a new phone line and ordered an 17 iPhone ProMax with out my consent. I came to the store talking to the store manager the next day, surprisingly he was not showing any concerns about this. He simply said it was just a misunderstanding between me and his agent. Using customer account to open a new line and ordering a brand new phone without customer permission is unacceptable, wasting customer time to go back and ford regarding the error of store agent. I do not feel like they need customer at all. All they want to show is trying to sell a new phone, add a new line to get commission. Totally disappointed, people please be aware of this store.
