  Stopped by to switch my family over from metro and They have awesome promotions and the best customer service! Hands down the best prepaid company out there and Ray is awesome and very kind ! Highly recommend. They will treat you right !

  If I could add 10 stars I would! The store was amazing. Isaac really knew what he was talking about, Dylan was great too and Ray was very knowledgeable. The best deal I ever found! I got a brand new phone, unlimited 5g internet and all the accessories for such a great price I couldn't believe it Thanks guys you've earned a customer for life

  I had an outstanding experience at Total Wireless in Longwood. From offering some of the best deals in prepaid service to delivering truly exceptional customer support, this location goes above and beyond in every way. Ray, Emmanuel, and Dylan are some of the most knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful representatives I’ve met in the industry. Their dedication to customer satisfaction shows from the moment you walk through the door. They walked me through setting up my Total Wireless web account, assisted me in saving and recovering important passwords, and made sure all of my data transferred smoothly. They also helped me save a significant amount of money—cutting my total bill in half—and even secured a five-year price guarantee for my plan. On top of that, I was able to use one of my unlocked phones to set up a line for my son with no issues. After switching from Metro, I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I’ll be recommending the Total Wireless Longwood team to everyone I know. Thank you all—you’re truly fantastic!
