- MRMatthew RiesgoDec 17, 20251.0I went to the store on a Friday to get the back glass of my iPhone 13 fix my screen fix and my charger port paid $210 to get this all fixed. He makes up prices messed with my settings. My Face ID no longer works I can no longer turn my volume up on my phone, which I was able to before trying to get it fixed with this person named Luis at this store. My Face ID will not turn back on because it won’t register my face and turn it back on I have to use Face ID the back glass on my phone wasn’t removed all the way, so I still have shattered glass on the back of my phone and I cannot take my phone out of my case without it falling apart the flashlight was detached and reattached what seems like from my phone the only thing he fixed was my charger port and the glass that is my screen me and my wife went back to get a refund for the back glass because he did not do his job properly and we are eligible for a refund on the entire back glass, that is what we were asking, and he refused to do it and only gave us partial of what we were owed. I do not recommend this store if I could, I would give this store negative 5 stars to let people know that this store is a giant scam and so is Luis if you are ever thinking about getting your phone fixed completely reject this store because they will screw you.
