    So many hours and money wasted!!! If I had to do it again, would really ask for (at least) a different representative. I made a Black Friday 11am appointment in person so I could get my phone/plan and my employee worked out. I got there and was told to wait. Waited 3h before I was seen. However, I was seen just because I was ready to leave; so the representative, Daniel, just kept us there while he bounced back and forth with another client. Finally got my phone at 5 pm. The activation was not complete. The following day had to go to another Verizon to realize that “the transfer was not done correctly” and spent 2h on that store’s phone. My employee also had to go back to the store to fix it. All this with the premise I was getting a better plan for the same amount I was paying in T Mobile. Well, it is not a better plan. TMobile offers a better service and deal. Daniel is very unaware of the value of one’s time. 1 month later I got a big bill because at the store the “promotion was not activated”. Call center told me I have to call to the store to get the promotion activated. I call and he keeps me on the phone waiting so he can finish with another costumer. When finally answers, he explain that sometime promos don’t attach. I explain how frustrated I with the whole process and he ended up hanging up without saying bye or any apology. Please, Don’t go to this store!

    My husband and I came in a few months ago as he was going to add me to his business phone plan. I was with AT&T and was going to upgrade my phone as the new iPhone had just come out. While the process was seamless we are not happy about the payoff credit / incentive to switch phones. I still owed about $670 on my iPhone with AT&T and we were told Verizon was going send us an e-gift card for the difference in 6-8 weeks. We were told this a couple times and Connie verified the email address we wanted it sent to twice. We even joked about using it for groceries as the prices are going up. Well, 8 weeks later and we have receive nothing so I texted Connie twice in the past week with no response. My husband called Verizon and we were shocked to learn that instead of the $670 we were told we were getting back via gift card that we could have used for expenses, and which we paid to AT&T on the final bill, we will see an $18 credit on our bill every month for the next three years! Ridiculous. We were totally lied to about the gift card. I NEVER would have upgraded the phone and spent over $600 out of pocket in this scenario. I should have stayed with AT&T!

    Jorge was a fantastic employee and person, was very understanding with me and my fiancée upgrading our phones and very helpful. I would recommend Verizon to someone even based of our experience this visit to Verizon.

    Jorge at the Verizon store on Ulmerton across from Largo Mall is phenomenal! It took him no time at all to get my cell to work, he showed me a package that lowered my cost per month and gave me more product. This young man needs recognition. If you need cell service go see Jorge. You won't find anyone better.
