- LKLauren KSep 15, 20251.0Incredibly deceitful sales tactics.. they will spin you around until you no longer understand what you're paying for, when it's due, or how much it is. The representative who I spoke with from Verizon confirmed that Justin essentially finessed me in store in order to pay a higher amount when it was all said and done. I was uninformed about certain things I was signed up for, while information that would have saved me money was withheld. When I texted Justin about this, he advised me not to call Verizon directly because they wouldn't be much help. Wrong. They were able to help and again, confirmed that this isn't the way they conduct business. I mistakenly trusted his friendly demeanor and even informed him I had already been through the wringer with Spectrum .. I will never come back to this store and advise others not to. Makes you wonder how many people leave a positive review for the personality and "friendly" "helpful" staff here only to later find out they were deceived. Luckily Verizon was able to lower my monthly by undoing FOUR things he was not fully honest about. Be careful as the employees here do not have your best interest in mind.
