They hijacked my account. It took me days to get it somewhat fixed as Verizon is doing their investigation, I would warn anybody about using this store. I don’t know if it’s or they just don’t force security protocols that should’ve been followed and this would’ve never happened. I tried calling during business hours and got nothing. I called for help at the store and received nothing. The only one that help me was Verizon and they told me they have started investigation into this. Just be warned if you’re buying something at the store be careful about giving them your personal information because their safety protocols are severely lacking.
