The store should have the ability to create a new account without having to call another country. It is sad when you spend thousands a year and you can't get all the help you need in the store. PLEASE GIVE THE STORES BACK THE ABILITY TO HELP THE CUSTOMER!!!!

I attempted to troubleshoot online, via the app and on the phone but the horrible ai had me reset settings that shut my phone off and had to start over. The ai tried to have me on hold for a rep and then hung up on me. I have a virtual Sim associated with my phone thats working as well as my tablet. So I hop in the truck and head to this store. I do show up 1 minute before closing they close at 7 and the doors are locked. The employees inside just point to a sign that says there is a national outage. I just need them to get me on the line with a Verizon rep but he's just making hand gestures and shrugging. I understand its right at closing but not taking 2 minutes to put me on the line with Verizon national or even explaining he cant because its right closing. Im probably done with Verizon in general but definitely done with this store. I sound like a Karen here and I get it but 5 years ago Verizon was the extra mile company but they're turning into a joke
