I simple asked once called, for the representative to double check I terminated my old phone correctly before handing it in. He was so dismissive and told me to follow the prompts and re sign in once termination was completed where I had to wait yet again for another rep. I will not be going there again. What a shame. I’m not computer literate and asked for support, nothing more. Clarification. The representative was not helpful at all and simply didn’t have the time, with a none caring attitude.His name was Jeffery. After I waited and recalled to hand in my phone, Nelsey (sorry if this is the incorrect way to spell your name) was lovely and had a great manner. Thank you.

Great sales rep and person but the assistant manager Jared Dominguez was the worst. Avoid this location at all costs. Has yet still to hear back from the GM Carmen Rosario left a vm and no response yet

Never had that experience in my whole life, extra phones were ordered, extra charges, refund incomplete, promotion applied incorrect, my bill is a mess!!! And I thought nothing was worst than T-Mobile and yes definitely there is something worst… Verizon!!! And I don’t know what happens with the management in here because the waiting time it’s insane!!! Expect to be there between 3 hours to a whole day and go multiple times!!! Awful!!!
