Deon Shuman at Verizon is hands down one of the best reps I’ve worked with. Super knowledgeable, patient, and actually took the time to make sure everything was set up correctly instead of rushing me out the door. He explained all my options clearly, made sure I got the best deal, and answered every question without any pressure. Customer service like this is rare these days — Deon definitely deserves recognition. If you’re going to Verizon, ask for him.
Over the limits, they get as amazing deals, they really went the extra miles for us, thank you very much to Noel you was amazing, and JP we love you, my daughter love you because nobody was so helpful with the Apple like you

Worst Verizon experience I’ve ever had.
I had to visit this store three different times just to complete a simple phone upgrade. The person helping my wife and me was the manager, which made the situation even more disappointing.
If I had known how much of a headache this would turn into, I never would have upgraded. Because of mistakes made during the process, my phone service was shut off on a Sunday morning while I was heading to the Jags game. The store didn’t open until noon, so I had to go to the game without a working phone. My car ended up breaking down afterward, and I was stuck for hours with no way to call for help.
Even after all that, the manager took zero accountability—blamed everything on a “glitch” and didn’t even apologize to my wife after she had to come back for the third time.
We’ll be leaving Verizon as soon as possible.

Manager Nicos is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. States that the store opens an hour later due to it being bought out soon By another company sales representative(His name slipped my mind, but he’s a black gentleman with glasses) Was extremely enthusiastic and kind with helping me and Gave exceptional customer service! Young lady, with very dark patchy lipstick was dismissive and continue to the back of the store with the manager so that they would not have to communicate with me. When asked why Verizon confirmed the hours if they are untrue, I was told that they are unsure and that they do not have to give me any contact information for corporate or human resources.
