    Two of the three people there literally lied right to my face. I gave two stars for the third one who stayed out of the lie, and actually tried to assist me.

    Liz was absolutely outstanding. As a college student setting up my very first personal phone line, I was honestly overwhelmed and really needed help understanding everything. From the moment she began helping me, she was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She took the time to truly listen to my concerns, explained everything in a clear and simple way, and never once made me feel rushed or uncomfortable for asking questions. She made sure I fully understood all of my options and went above and beyond to help me choose what was best for my needs and budget. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a smooth and reassuring experience. I’m incredibly grateful for her help, and she truly represents the best of customer service.

    I walked in and sat down at the counter. I was there for about 7min, and with three employees on the floor no one spoke to me at all. The two employees in front of me were having a full conversation and never acknowledged me. I finally asked what the protocol was to be helped. The woman behind the counter told me that she was training somebody else.And when the other employee was finished, they would be with me. It literally felt like I was in inconvenience. Not only was I not welcomed, my presence was completely ignored, and I felt like I interrupted or irritated them by asking for help. I will not be returning to this store.
