I had a great experience with Roman yesterday. I usually hate having to switch my phone/update, but Roman was quick and efficient and even made the experience fun! Thank you Roman

Hello I WAS a loyal Verizon customer for about 8 years until June when I switched to a competitor for cell and home internet. Since then I have been getting the run around by your customer service. There are unjust charges on my account as a result of the incompetence of your employees at the (Atlantic Blvd/ Regency, by my old address) store, and Verizon does not empower people in the store to correct their mistakes and they prompt me to call customer service to speak to someone who doesn’t understand what’s going on and operates under the assumption that your store representatives can do no wrong. I called twice today and was hung up on at the 6 minute mark while on hold waiting to speak to someone.
If you care, at this point I don’t think you do, I’ll tell you about it.
I went to the store to replace my home internet modem when it stopped functioning, and instead of just swapping out my device, the rep canceled my home internet line (causing the $100 Amazon gift card incentive I got when signing up to be charged back to me), and established a new home internet line.
I feel like the representative took advantage to get commission off of the encounter.
It gets better, I get home and plug it in and it doesn’t work.. called 611 they tell me the device I have isn’t even registered to my account and that someone made a mistake at the store.. went to a different store (River City Marketplace, closer to the new house) because I can’t trust the one I just came from, and they take the modem back and issue me a new one. Somehow this resulted in 2 home internet lines being active on my account and at the time I didn’t know it.
When I discontinued services, because quality of cell and internet service declined significantly after moving to a different side of town, I was told by a representative on the phone that I would have to mail the modem back to Verizon with a Verizon provided shipping label, I was told I CAN NOT just take it to the UPS store, and for some reason they COULD NOT EMAIL ME the return label and insisted that Verizon would mail the return shipping label to my address and that my home internet line would continue to be active until yall received it.. this was strange to me, I contested but was told that’s just how it has to be.. I said it seems like you want to elongate the period that my service is active to justify charging more, I was assured that was not the case and that once Verizon received the modem my account would be retroactively deactivated according to the date that I called and requested cancelation. I waited for this shipping label that never came and eventually took the modem back to the UPS store where they accepted it, they stated they have some kind of agreement with yall for returning the internet modems. I thought I was done until I kept receiving bills from Verizon.
After speaking with customer service they informed me I had 2 home internet lines currently active, I said that makes no sense.. the representative said she would discontinue the home internet line at that moment. Now I’m getting billed for an unreturned internet modem that I have either A) already returned to you or 😎 never had in my possession to begin with.
Verizon, I feel like I am being punished for discontinuing service with you. This is unacceptable. If Verizon is a company of integrity, I need someone higher than entry level to reach out to me so we can resolve this. I would rather negotiate with collections and take the mark on my credit rather than pay you almost $500 for services I didn’t use and equipment that is not in my possession.

Public hours say they open at 9am. That’s simply not true.

9:00 am to 9:30 am still closed. Why do you post 9:00 am as opening time if you're not going to open then? I asked for an extra hour off work for nothing.

My first encounter with this store was over the weekend. The Customer Service is truly not there. The management and staff need to be coached/trained. I don't care how busy you are, a simple look up and "Hello we'll be right with you," will suffice.
The second visit which was today. Same exact thing. Just ridiculous!!! I even said something to someone who apparently was a manager and still didn't fix the issue. GET IT TOGETHER VERIZON!!!!
