  I don’t usually write reviews, but today I feel like I have to. I met Courtney while she was handing out flyers, and I don’t think she realizes the impact she had on me. To be completely honest, I’ve been going through one of the darkest times in my life, and today was supposed to be my last day here. I had already made up my mind that I couldn’t take the weight anymore. As I was walking, I tried everything I could to avoid eye contact, hoping she’d just hand a flyer to someone else and move on. But Courtney didn’t pass me by—she came straight up to me with the brightest smile and the kindest energy. It wasn’t fake or forced, it was genuine, like she truly cared about the people she was meeting. That alone caught me off guard. We started talking for a few minutes, and somehow, she could just tell something was wrong with me. With so much compassion in her voice, she asked, “Is there anything I can do to help you?” That one simple question shattered the wall I had built up around myself. I broke down. Right there in front of her. And instead of backing away or being uncomfortable, Courtney did something I’ll never forget—she hugged me. Not a quick, polite hug, but a real one. The kind of hug that says, I see you, I care about you, and you’re not alone. She didn’t let go until I was ready. For the first time in a very long time, I felt like someone actually cared if I existed. Then she shared a verse from Psalms with me, a verse that she said helped her through hard times. She probably has no idea how much that meant to me, or how much I needed to hear those words in that exact moment. It felt like God Himself had placed her in my path. Courtney may never fully know the weight of what she did for me today, but the truth is—she saved my life. She reminded me that there is still kindness, still love, still hope in this world. I walked away not just with a flyer in my hand, but with a lighter heart and the strength to keep going. I don’t even have Cricket service right now, but I can promise you this: I will soon. And it’s because of Courtney. She is the type of person every company should want representing them, compassionate, genuine, and truly a blessing to anyone lucky enough to cross her path. Thank you, Courtney. You didn’t just change my day,you changed my life.
