I went there looking to add another line to my account, The "Manager.".. or "OWNER" of the store ( She says repeatedly it's her store) became very angry and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL when I mentioned about another company having better prices. She exploded and said she has the right to refuse me service, and she did...she told me to get out of her store or she'd "call the law". ***I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO THERE!!! AS CUSTOMERS WE SHOULD BE ENTITLED TO EXPRESS WHAT'S ON OUR MIND WITHOUT HAVING TO ENDURE THAT KIND OF ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR. HEALTHY COMPETITION SHOULD INSPIRE THEM TO AT LEAST TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS BETTER. I was satisfied with Cricket until now, but THIS PERSON (she would not even give me her name) AND "HER STORE" HAVE GREATLY DISRESPECTED, LOOKED DOWN ON ME AND MISTREATED ME AS A CUSTOMER.
