Anyways, showed up here at 8pm on Wednesday and was immediately greeted at the door by a young woman named B. She was extremely helpful in getting me upgraded on a new phone. I had a galaxy s21 ultra, got the galaxy s25 just to keep the bill low. Anywho, not only was the able to get me a phone quick another team member helped her in making my experience there even better. Sorry if I botch his name, Kenton(SORRY), he had helped me pick out a privacy screen and case(even put both on for me). Overall, best experience. Fastest as well, I have never went to a Verizon store and walked out 20 min later. Speedy service with 2 smiles! I'm glad they both helped me that night. And then she walked me out and opened the door. I would highly recommend coming back here for another phone.
