    Some how I got a ad popping up saying I need to get my phone cleaned and that I have 79 viruses on my phone. Non stop ads. I went to the cricket store in holiday and the lady store manager was so helpful and kind. She fixed my phone on the spot. No more pop up ads. I want to thank her with a 5 star review. Friday January 2026.

    ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Experience – Price Changed After the Fact I contacted the Cricket Wireless store in Holiday, FL and was quoted a price over the phone. After that call, I received a callback from Victor, who then changed the price to over $300 more than what was originally quoted ($325). This kind of bait-and-switch pricing is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If prices aren’t accurate, they shouldn’t be quoted in the first place. I wasted time based on information that turned out not to be honored. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing before moving forward with this location.

    So I showed up at around 720 not aware they closed at 8. I was there to set up a new phone and transfer service. Laura was very kind and polite and did everything for me even though it took until 830. She did not rush me or the work she was doing. Fantastic experience and great employee and a true asset to this store. I can't reccomend this store enough. Thank you guys for your help!!
