    Had a terrible experience with Dominique on Saturday 11/1. I have a business account and we needed a new SIM card and she wouldn’t give me a new one for our work phone bc “we’ve had a new one every month for the last 12 months” but according to our records we have had two in the last 12 months and she wouldn’t help me. I went to the Verizon on 9-Mile road in Pensacola on Sunday 11/2 and had the best service and they gave me a new SIM card and now my work phone line works for our business.

    The entire staff was a total pleasure. After reviewing what my needs were the guys jumped up to take care of me, put everything together and more even after I finished, I had to come back for a little help installation and they all jumped over to try and see if we could resolve minor issue . Store manager was more than polite took the time to show me all my options and upgrades can’t believe how well this went and the money that they saved me was great. I’d highly recommend this particular location for anybody or future people that are looking for professional sales staff.

    This is not an actual Verizon store. They charged me a $40 non refundable "setup" fee but did not tell me about it until it was time to pay for taxes on the phone. The "setup" did not even finish, I had to take my phone home with me to finish it, had I known this in advance I abosoutley would have just gone to a Verizon store.
