We thought it was weird, but he explained that sometimes tracking is weird during the holiday season. As we were sitting there UPS pulled up and our phone was in that delivery! Michael and Brad got us all set up and we are extremely happy with our new IPhones! Would recommend this store to anyone looking to upgrade.

She went up there and the manager said the phone was not there and he had to go to lunch. My wife called Verizon and lodged a complaint. Miraculousy the phone was available the next day; however she had to return again as camera quality was shit. We will not renew with this company's time is over. What terrible service.

The third day I left without the second number. Upon waking up the fourth day, the phone was ready and had the second number ready to set up myself. The store guy Brad was clearly only interested in making quota and not making a happy customer.

I have a business account and we needed a new SIM card and she wouldn’t give me a new one for our work phone bc “we’ve had a new one every month for the last 12 months” but according to our records we have had two in the last 12 months and she wouldn’t help me. I went to the Verizon on 9-Mile road in Pensacola on Sunday 11/2 and had the best service and they gave me a new SIM card and now my work phone line works for our business.
