  In August 2025 I ordered Google Pixel phone in this store at 911 Gulf Breeze Pkw in Gulf Breeze. Day after day, two weeks latter phone never came, I cancel order. However, I was charge $134 for tax. They started charging me for phone over 36 months. I went there 5 times, everytime they told me my that I will receive $134 back and they will stop charging me for that Google phone. As of November 10 I still did not receive reimbursment, but they started charging me for my Motorola phone that I purchsed in this store 3 years ago for which I paid cash. Every one of 5 agents I talked to told me a diferent story. Verizon people were useless. My advice is not to do business with this store.

  Sacino was absolutely wonderful. Both men working in this location have the best customer service practices I’ve seen in a long time. Sacino worked with me to get a good discount and remove things from my account I wasn’t using. Highly recommend this location for phone help. He set up my husband’s new phone and took time to show him the changes.

  15 years with Verizon, and THIS is how customer service should be done! I've been a Verizon customer for over 15 years, and the Gulf Breeze Proper store has absolutely spoiled me with their incredible service. The team here doesn't just help you they genuinely care about making sure you're getting the most out of your plan. Major shoutout to Jeremy, who is basically a Verizon wizard! I walked in feeling defeated after my third Fitbit bit the dust, ready to reluctantly shell out for a Google Watch. Instead, Jeremy took the time to dive deep into my account and uncovered perks I didn't even know existed! Plot twist: I walked out with YouTube Premium, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, HBO, and Netflix PLUS a better protection plan all for less than I was paying before. I came in for a watch and left feeling like I'd won the lottery! 😄 If you're in the Gulf Breeze area, do yourself a favor and visit this store. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is unmatched. Thanks for turning my frustration into the best upgrade ever Jeremy! To the people waiting...... "I get it—waiting is frustrating. But I've been there when people walk in expecting instant service, and here's the reality: they spend quality time with every customer. Your wait means the person ahead of you is getting the same attention you'll receive. They're worth the patience."

  Warning: This is not an actual Verizon corporate store — it’s a Verizon Authorized Retailer (Cellular Sales). Any changes or mistakes made here are not handled or supported by Verizon Wireless. I upgraded my phone at this location, and they charged a fee that Verizon corporate stores do not charge. I turned in my old phone for a trade-in credit, but I never received the credit, even though it was noted in their system. Verizon corporate told me that since this location is only an authorized retailer, they couldn’t fix the issue. To make things worse, I asked for insurance on my new phone — it was noted in their system, but the employee never actually activated it. When my phone was stolen, I found out there was no insurance coverage at all. Now I’m paying full price for a phone I don’t have, and Verizon can’t help because the mistake was made by the retailer. Save yourself the trouble — go to an actual Verizon corporate store (like the one in Pensacola). Don’t use Cellular Sales in Gulf Breeze.

  Came in to the store over 2 months ago to seek help with billing problems that have been ongoing for 5-6 years. A lady helped me delete fees that my business should not have been paying and that I have tried to clear up for the last 2-3 years. She promised my bill should be around $70 when I left. Two months later Im still paying the same amount and when I went back to the store today she was not there and the gentlement that helped me out was super professional but Im still really ticked off that the lady that helped me over two months ago either completely lied to me or was incompetent and forgot to do what she told me she was going to do. Ive been w Verizon for 12 years and will be going to T-mobile because Im completely tired of crappy customer servive like this. I would never recommend Verizon, and even though I got some decent help today, years of crappy experiences, subpar customer service and years of being overcharged and ripped off does not make up for that.
