The staff was nice, but it took an incredibly long time and multiple trips to the store to switch over lines on my business account from another carrier.

I wanted to wait until I got the final bill for leaving Verizon. I was so uncomfortable with the sales process and the declining service of Verizon that I was willing to pay $1967.52 to leave. If you don’t like a hard sales pitch I would suggest going to a different store. I was even asked 5 times to leave a review and I had to fake scan the QR code just to leave. After I found out that Disney Plus would be now with ads, because he talked me into changing plans, and I still ended up paying $210/month, I chose to leave Verizon, not just the store. This was unacceptable, especially with the bad spots in Clay being 17S, Fleming Island and Oakleaf. My wife then left a review because she was offended that I was so uncomfortable during the sales process. The sales person then called me trying to get me to have my wife change her review. She refused and this led to me getting multiple calls to try and pressure me for something my wife did. I eventually had to block his number to stop the calls. I then tried to return my phone and leave Verizon and the return was denied. There was a scratch from when I took off the camera protector, the scratch was so small I did not see it after I removed it. The denial would have been fine if there wasn’t a 60 day sim lock preventing me from selling the phone. I am lucky that I work 70-80 hours a week so I am able to afford the penalties that Verizon implements. Now I pay $165/ month with T-Mobile and that includes internet. It is also better service in a lot of Clay. Bottom line is if you want a stress free sales experience and a reasonably priced service go to another store or use another service. And to the store I have already paid the $2000 so please do not call me.

Jordan was incredible and ensured my experience went incredibly smooth. Super informed on all products, helped me set everything up, and saw the whole process out! We stayed over an hour past closing to ensure all of my needs were met. 5 stars, best experience I’ve had with ANY previous phone purchase.

My experience at the Verizon store in Green Cove Springs was interesting. I normally go to the Fleming Island location, but after receiving several calls from Jordan at this store, I decided to check it out. If I’m being honest, it wasn’t the best experience. I arrived around 1:45 p.m. on a Saturday and didn’t finish until nearly 5:45 p.m. During that entire time, Jordan was the only employee working. I watched him do his best to juggle walk-ins, appointments, and customer calls. He was gracious and apologetic, but it was obvious he was stretched thin. To be clear, this isn’t a reflection on Jordan, he tired and did everything he could under the circumstances. The issue as I see it as a customer is with Verizon’s staffing and service model. No customer should have to spend four hours completing an upgrade, because there is only one employee available to handle an entire store alone. I’ve been a longtime Verizon customer, but experiences like this make me question whether it’s time to start looking at other providers.
