I absolutely recommend this place to everyone who is a pet parent!! I have several pets and several stray cats I take care of. We always come to see Dr. Kese for everything, major or small. He is always correct in his diagnoses and fixes the fur babies right up, right the first time. Also is so so nice. Their policy is that they fit anyone in almost immediately/ definitely same day if it’s urgent/emergency! This is so helpful. Before I started coming here I read several reviews about prices being a little higher. While the prices are a tad higher than other places, I switched from Banfield, I’ve personally found the skill of the doctor, ability to be seen immediately if necessary, and kindness and empathy of the staff to make it well worth it!!! The girls in front are so very kind and the practice manager has a heart of gold. I truly appreciate having such a reliable veterinarian as my babies’ primary family vet. So again, very highly recommend!

Staff was really lovely but as a first experience, not good. I will be choosing a different vet, i am afraid. My kitten was terrified when he left. I could barely get close to him. I did a lot of research following and before going in and had cats before. Was not happy with what i saw. I held myself a lot in there but i am never letting touch my kitten again. Made me feel so guilty

A couple of weeks ago I visited VCA Imperial Point Animal Hospital for the first time and wanted to share my experience with anyone looking for a new veterinarian. Having just rescued a dog from the Humane Society of Broward County, I was very eager to take my new boy Milo for his initial wellness check up. Before I could began a search for a new vet, VCA Imperial Point was already proactively inviting me to come visit their location for Milo's care. This positive approach impressed me enough to call and make an appointment with them. Immediately upon entering the front door, I was greeted by Veronica with a warm and friendly smile. After checking Milo in, I was seated in a nice cozy waiting area. As I waited to be seen by the vet, I couldn't help but notice Veronica hanging decorations which added a nice holiday feel to the place. I was then drawn to the unmistakable sound of typing on a keyboard. What drew my attention was how fast this person was typing! My god there was smoke coming off the keys lol. Her name is Tirsha and she is just as charming as Veronica. Krystal was on the phone at the time but quickly made sure to acknowledge me as a new customer and made me feel just as welcome as the other two young ladies did. The complimentary welcome package they gave us was a nice and very much appreciated touch. Milo thanks you for the food. After a brief 10 minutes, I was called back to see the doctor. Before meeting Milo's new doctor for the first time, I had the pleasure of meeting his assistant Liz. She is very personable and professional and I honestly thought she was the vet with her knowledgeable answers to my questions. I soon met Dr. Kese and I knew Milo was in good hands. He was thorough with his examination of Milo and his explanation of any current treatments needed or future preventative tests upcoming in layman's terms is very much appreciated. Milo gives Dr. Kese and his staff two paws up. Thanks to everyone for making Milo and myself feel at home.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the standard of care and client communication I received regarding my pet's recent visit. During a period of significant anxiety regarding my cat's visible discomfort, fever, and dehydration, the facility demonstrated a severe lack of urgency and empathy. Key issues included: Delayed Communication: Results from a full blood panel and x-rays were not communicated in a timely manner. I was forced to initiate multiple follow-up calls two days after the visit. Lack of Urgency: The clinical team failed to prioritize informing an anxious owner about pending results, even for a brief call to confirm nothing alarming was found. Impersonal Service: The facility seems to prioritize generic marketing and online applications over genuine, personalized patient care, ignoring specific messages regarding my cat's ongoing symptoms. This experience, coupled with instances of passive-aggressive behavior from staff members, has severely damaged my trust. While the manager's intervention was noted, significant improvements in client communication and patient focus are necessary to meet the standards of care expected during an animal's distress.
